Oakpointe, formerly YarrowBay, was formed in 2001, and has grown into one of Puget Sound’s leading independently managed and integrated real estate development and community development companies.
WHERE WE ARE
Oakpointe owns, manages and/or controls land that is largely approved to support the development of approximately 9,000 residential units (for-sale and for-rent), and up to approximately 2 million sq. ft. of commercial building space. The majority of this development will be within 2 master planned communities that Oakpointe will develop in southeast King County.
Current land holdings provide the inventory to support the stabilized development of 750 lots annually, 200-plus units of mixed-use residential development, and readily-developable commercial parcels. Our land platform is the base from which our other vertical business strategies can be successfully executed.
